Saily is owned by Nord Security, the company behind NordVPN, which is a large consumer software business with an actual support organisation rather than an eSIM reseller with a contact form. On a two-week holiday that is worth nothing until the moment the profile fails to activate at 23:00 at Tan Son Nhat, at which point it is worth all of it.
One consequence worth knowing: because Saily is a VPN company, it markets privacy features alongside the data. Those are real but they are not a Vietnam-specific advantage, and they are not why we rank it where we do.

Look at the 10GB and 20GB rows: Saily and Airalo are one cent apart. At that margin the decision is not price, it is what you get for the same money. Airalo gives you the network. Saily gives you the support record and the biggest unlimited allowance. Both are defensible; neither is a mistake.
What Saily’s "unlimited" actually gives you 5GB a day, and then a silence
Saily's Vietnam unlimited plans carry a 5GB daily allowance at full speed, which is the largest published cap of any unlimited plan sold for Vietnam. Airalo's is 3GB, GigSky's daily packs are 3.5GB, and Holafly and Yesim publish nothing.
What Saily does not publish is what happens after 5GB. Airalo prints "1 Mbps" and you can plan around that. Saily says the speed is reduced. Third-party plan databases list a figure low enough that the honest way to describe it is "off" rather than "slow".
